Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed through XtraStore, operated by KeepXtra. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and availability

  • Products are subject to availability. Stock is checked when you place an order.
  • Prices, units, minimum quantities and order increments are shown on each product.
  • We may need to confirm quantities or delivery details before fulfilling an order.
  • If stock becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you to adjust or cancel the affected order.

Pricing

Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise. Totals are calculated on the server from the current catalogue and your eligibility. Browser-supplied prices are not accepted. Order lines store the agreed price at the time of ordering.

Business accounts

Business accounts may apply for wholesale pricing. Approval is at KeepXtra's discretion. Wholesale tiers only apply where configured and when the ordered quantity qualifies. Providing business details does not guarantee approval.

Payment

No payment is taken through this website. Submitting an order is a request; our team confirms availability, delivery and the final total with you before the order is confirmed. Payment is then arranged with our team. Never send card details by email or chat.

Cancellations and issues

Unpaid orders can be cancelled before fulfilment begins. Paid orders and orders already being fulfilled must be handled with support. Because produce is perishable, report any problem with an order as soon as possible so we can review it.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements and timing are confirmed with your order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and a reachable contact number.

Accounts and security

Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
