Delivery policy

XtraStore is operated by KeepXtra. Delivery availability and timing depend on the products ordered, stock confirmation and your location. We confirm delivery details with you rather than promising a fixed window at checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged by region and is confirmed with you on the call before dispatch, so you always agree the fee before the order is fulfilled. Anything shown at checkout without a fee is marked as pending confirmation rather than as free delivery.

Confirming delivery

  • Provide an accurate address, area, city and a reachable phone number at checkout.
  • KeepXtra calls to confirm availability, delivery timing and the final total before fulfilment.
  • Delivery timing depends on the route and is agreed on that call.
  • If we cannot reach you using the details provided, delivery may be delayed.

Receiving produce

Please make sure someone can receive the order at the delivery address. Fresh produce is perishable, so report any issue with the order as soon as possible after delivery so the team can review it.

Changes

Delivery arrangements may need to change if stock, quantities or addresses need confirmation. We will contact you before changing a confirmed order.
