  • To process, confirm, fulfil and deliver orders.
  • To call you about an order and agree how payment will be made.

  • To maintain audit records for significant order, pricing, inventory and account actions.

Payment information

We do not collect card details on this website and no payment is taken online. Payment is arranged with our team after an order is confirmed. We record the payment status of an order so that both you and our team can see whether it has been settled.

Sharing

We share the minimum information needed with service providers that help us operate the store, such as payment processing and hosting, and with delivery personnel to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for as long as needed to operate the store, meet accounting and audit needs, and resolve disputes. Session records expire automatically.

Your choices

You can update your name, phone number and delivery addresses in your account. To request access, correction or deletion of other personal information, contact us. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
